The Route 128 Boathouse has welcomed generations of fishermen, boaters, and families home. I wanted to capture that familiar feeling in the soft morning mist.

This painting was created as a tribute to Gloucester's fishing community and the resilience of those who make their living from the sea.

There is always a mix of emotions when a red dot goes up.

Joy because the painting found its forever home.
Gratitude because someone connected with the story behind it.
And a little bittersweet feeling as I say goodbye.
