I’m Captain Sam Nigro, a local artist, avid fisherman and beloved family man. I’ve been a resident of Rocky Neck, Gloucester since 1985 (originally from Arlington, MA) painting vintage oars you’ll find displayed throughout Cape Ann in restaurants and small businesses.
