One of our disc golf communities needs your help! Please sign the petition to save this wonderful disc golf property, and keep the local disc golf scene thriving. We had the pleasure of playing this course in 2020 and absolutely loved it, it is a staple of the local community and the personal greed of a neighboring business is attempting to have it removed. The future of the Stafford Woods Disc Golf Course is in jeopardy. The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection recently conducted a routine survey of the course property after receiving a complaint from Bill Green — owner of the adjacent Stafford Farm (recently renamed Saddlehill Winery). Unfortunately, the findings of the report call for the Stafford Woods Disc Golf Course to be removed immediately, along with all accompanying structures at the property. This is a terribly disappointing decision, and one that failed to consider the best interests of all parties. Despite a clear conflict of interest, Mr. Green has deliberately misrepresented the truth to the DEP to further his own business goals. Regrettably, we have made efforts to work with Mr. Green, but it is now clear that his vision for an idyllic farm retreat includes the removal of his neighbors.

First installed in 2012, the Stafford Woods Disc Golf Course has served as a positive beacon for the local community throughout its existence. Help us save this local gem!

JULY 28, 2012 (SATURDAY) STARTING AT 3PM!

WHAT THE EVENT IS ABOUT: This is a Gloucester City High School Pub Crawl to reunite ALL GHS Classes -- EVERY class is invited to join in the fun! If you haven't had a class reunion in a while and your tired of waiting, the time has arrived.

THE PLAN: We will be WALKING to most the local area pubs 'as a group' -- as most are very close to each other, EXCEPT for the very last stop which is The Highland. IF YOU DON'T DRINK, then have a soda or grab a bite to eat, and enjoy great company along the way!

DATE/TIME: July 28th, Saturday. We start at 3:00 pm but you can jump in at any time using the schedule below to catch up with the group. It will be fully announced when we are moving to the next pub. Stops at pubs are 30 mins. to 1.5 hours long.

TOUR AS YOU WISH: The closest walking bars are included but there are MANY other pubs and restaurants along the way. Feel free veer off and make your own route then catch up with the crowd again whenever you like.

COST: It's FREE to be part of the crawl -- purchase whatever you prefer to eat or drink along the way. You're bound to see many familiar faces!
