We are excited to announce that Glens Falls Community Theatre's Experimental Theatre Company (ETC) has scheduled TWO hilarious readings this summer at The Strand Theatre in Hudson Falls. Both directed by Janet Williams Davies. Tickets at the door: $10.

Sam Price has died and the family is devastated to learn he has left his entire fortune to the church and that his favorite nephew is planning to marry Doris Capellini, a beautiful girl with "olive oil" skin who is also the daughter of the mob. They move heaven and earth to stop both in hilarious fashion.

The family is together for the first time since Dad died and he shows up as a ghost! His mission is to tell his wife how much he loved her. The problem is, she can't see or hear him and she has even invited a date! Their three grown children try to cope with the ghost and Mom's incipient dementia. This funny and touching play has everything you could want in a family gathering: love, loss, and sibling rivalry.

A new queen is in town ❄️👏
We are excited to announce Courtnie Harrington will be directing our fall production of Frozen. Courtnie has performed in several GFCT shows, including the recent production of Secret Garden where she was Martha. She is currently serving as the Interim Executive and Artistic Director at Fort Salem Theater. She can't wait to meet you all in Arendelle ⛄

This weekend we will share audition information for Frozen (Save the Date - July 6-7) as we continue to build the creative team for this magical show. More to come! 👀

To our Glens Falls Community Theatre membership:
We have two open seats on the Board of Directors and invite any member in good standing who is interested in helping shape the future of GFCT to run for election.

Serving on the board is a meaningful way to support and advance our mission: to expand access to performing arts to club participants and audience members throughout our local region.

Board members serve three-year terms, and elections will take place virtually in late June/early July.

If you’d like to be considered, please submit:
• A short bio
• A brief letter of interest sharing why you’d like to serve
