To our beloved Viking community,

We have some important news to share. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we regret to announce that NorsktOberfest will not be taking place this year.
While we know this is disappointing, we are already making plans for an incredible comeback in 2025! 🛡️✨

We can't wait to gather once again to celebrate our rich heritage, epic battles, and timeless traditions. Your support and enthusiasm mean the world to us, and we look forward to creating unforgettable memories together in 2025.

NorsktOberfest 2023 was officially a success!! But we could NOT have done it alone. Now that the festivities are over we wanted to take a moment to thank some very important people and groups for all of their hard work last weekend!

Thank you to all of the community groups who volunteered their time and service to our event! This includes the DCC Women's Basketball Team, the DCC Men's Basketball Team, the Glendive Community Cancer Fund, and the DCHS Key Club!
We also had some amazing individuals including our judges for this year's Kuchen Contest (Joy Fleming, Charlene Townes, and Bruce Miller) and our Little Miss NorsktOberfest judges ( Kyrsten Miller, Dana Henry, and Kaitlynne Eslick).

Thank you to the sponsors of our raffle: Fisher Sand and Gravel, Bridger Bronze, and The Theodore Roosevelt Medora Foundation!

NorsktOberfest 2023 was one for the books!

Thank you to everyone who came out and enjoyed the festivities! We crowned Viking queens, tasted delicious Kuchen and lefse, battled for honor in the games, drank authentic German brews, and danced the night away!

The best part? We've already started planning for next year!!

We'll see ya September 20 and 21, 2024 to do it all over again!

Last weekend we crowned our first-ever Little Miss NorsktOberfest, Madi Brook, and our first-ever Mini Miss NorsktOberfest, Stori Murphy! We are so proud of all of the young ladies who competed this year. They stepped out of their comfort zones, worked hard, and wowed our judging panel!

Thank you to the families of the young ladies who competed, The Flower Basket, Sugar Plum Fine Jewelry, Boss Inc., Dana Henry, Kyrsten Miller, Katelynne Eslick, Kjersten Reiger, and all of the community members who made up our audience!
