Womack and Bowman - The Loft Aerial Dance School In March 2014, Brett Womack and Rachel Bowman founded Womack and Bowman - The Loft in Los Angeles, California.

The Loft (as it is commonly known) is an aerial dance studio dedicated to serving and enriching the lives of aerial students who are seeking more then just a fitness class but rather a holistic and artistic experience. After years of performing as aerialists and instructing around the world, Womack and Bowman decided to put down roots in Los Angeles and create an intimate space to share their pass

ion and wealth of knowledge while continuing their performing careers.

As well as Brett and Rachel, The Loft faculty employs experienced and professional aerialists and aerial teachers of the highest caliber, ensuring that students receive quality, cutting-edge training in a safe and nurturing environment. Classes Include: Aerial Silks, Lyra, Hammock, Rope, Dance Trapeze, Contortion and Aerial Dance. WHEN: Saturdays April 25th - May 30th, 2026

TIME: 2:15-3:45pm

APPARATUS OPTIONS: Hoop, Hammock, Straps (choose one by April 25th)

TECH/DRESS: Sunday June 7th, 40 minute rehearsal between 3:15-5:30pm (time TBD)

STUDIO PERFORMANCE: June 7th @ 7pm

🎪Solo Performance Workshop 2 with Lydia Lara

WHEN: Sundays April 26th - May 31st

TIME: 4:15- 5:45pm

APPARATUS OPTIONS: Straps, Hammock, Silks, Hoop, Trapeze, Rope (choose one by April 26th)

TECH/DRESS: Sunday June 7th, 40 minute rehearsal between 3:15- 5:30pm (time TBD)

PREREQUISITE: Minimum of 4 months aerial hoop and/ OR Trapeze experience. You do not need experience on both apparatus

TECH/DRESS: Sunday June 7th, 30 minute rehearsal between 3:15-5:30pm (time TBD)

PREREQUISITE: Minimum of 4 months aerial silks experience
