Aerial Dance School In March 2014, Brett Womack and Rachel Bowman founded Womack and Bowman - The Loft in Los Angeles, California.

The Loft (as it is commonly known) is an aerial dance studio dedicated to serving and enriching the lives of aerial students who are seeking more then just a fitness class but rather a holistic and artistic experience. After years of performing as aerialists and instructing around the world, Womack and Bowman decided to put down roots in Los Angeles and create an intimate space to share their passion and wealth of knowledge while continuing their performing careers.

As well as Brett and Rachel, The Loft faculty employs experienced and professional aerialists and aerial teachers of the highest caliber, ensuring that students receive quality, cutting-edge training in a safe and nurturing environment. Classes Include: Aerial Silks, Lyra, Hammock, Rope, Dance Trapeze, Contortion and Aerial Dance. Womack and Bowman - The Loft is committed to excellence and innovation in the field of aerial arts, we look forward to working with you!

We have a major treat for anyone who can make it to silks 1.5 tomorrow 10/5 10:30am. A wonderful guest circus artist, Izzi Kessner Izzi Kessner will be subbing the class!

Bio
Izzi Kessner (they/he) is a multidisciplinary circus artist originally from Los Angeles and a graduate of the Quebec Circus School.

Izzi is interested in circus as a medium for collaborative practice, dramaturgical meaning-making, and collective humanity.

Through their artistic creations, Izzi has worked with companies such as the 7 Fingers/Virgin Voyages and La Croustade, and partnered with major brands such as Nike.
