The Glendale Centre Theatre is the longest continuously-running live theatre in the United States. It's been operating since 1947 without going dark; that is for the last 74 years, aside from the flu outbreak of 2020/21, there has been a live production on the stage EVERY WEEK. Nestled in the heart of downtown Glendale, CA, the Glendale Centre Theatre is a wonderful theatre in-the-round, which gua

rantees every seat to be a good seat. Performing comedies and musicals, classics to Broadway hits, and children's theatre on some Saturday or Sunday mornings, this is the perfect venue for both seasoned theatre veterans and introducing new theatre-goers to the thrill of live theatre! Every year the GCT provides free tickets to non profits to help raise over $100,000 in Los Angeles, Ventura, San Bernardino, Riverside, Orange and San Diego counties. The Glendale Centre TLC Foundation, Inc., started by Brenda Dietlein, is a not-for-profit arm of the theatre and supports victims of trauma from Domestic Violence survivors to inner city children, to veterans.
