1 Cup Cider Vinegar
1 Cup Molasses
1 Tbls Fresh Ginger (grated)
1 Quart Water

Stir all ingredients together and serve on ice. Serves 4 to 6 people. If you have time, prepare 4 to 8 hours in advance, as it helps to mellow the ginger.

I remember visiting "Heritage House" many times since I was a child - with my parents, grandparents, classmates. Our final visit was taken with my wife and our 2 year old daughter.
