we have some super nice green beans at the stand this weekend, too!

I’m smoking salsa ingredients today so we’ll see how it goes- I’ll post pictures and a recipe tomorrow!

Last night dinner was kinda like I spun the produce stand and picked some things.🫣

Red Candy Onions
Sweet Peppers
Tomatoes
Cucumbers
I bought the lettuce - no one died. Yet. Early days, though.😂
The steak was a paid actor who was cooked a little longer than normal because I don't like blood on my salad.

Paired with Hot Honey Vinaigrette (made from our own raw honey) it was a great meal to end a long day!

I just want to give a big THANK YOU to our customers - the ones who stop at the stand and the ones we see at local events - you guys are awesome and it's a privilege to share our products with you!

We will have sweet corn at the stand on Friday from noon until it’s sold out!

Grilled up some marinated chicken thighs and paired them with thick tomato slices and cucumbers - drizzled with our Hot Honey Vinaigrette for a wonderful light summer meal!

Make sure to stop by the stand for all the good stuff!

Just a quick little update-
We have a limited amount t of seedless watermelons this week and I have boxes of canner tomatoes available but I expect them to go quickly! Send me a message if you want me to set some aside for you!
The mini red and yellow peppers are starting to ripen so we’ve got some of them too!

We’ve goten a bunch of new followers and Fern would like to especially say thank you since she gets a pork rind treat every time 😂
