Have you always wanted to play hockey but never knew where to start? It is never too late to learn! The Foundry Adult Learn to Play Hockey Program is the ultimate, zero-pressure way for adults to jump into the sport.

We break down the game into four simple, progressive phases to give you total confidence:

🥶 THE BASICS: We start at absolute square one. You’ll master fundamental skating mechanics, proper edgework, turning, backwards skating, and—most importantly—exactly how to get back up when you fall.

🏒 THE PUCK: Next, we introduce the puck. Our coaches will teach you the core mechanics of passing, shooting, and stickhandling to get you comfortable controlling the game.

⚡ SKILL DEVELOPMENT: Time to level up! We start blending everything together with fun progressions that challenge you to skate, pass, and shoot simultaneously.

🏆 GAMEPLAY: The grand finale! Put your new skills to the test in your first-ever real hockey game. Invite your family and friends to the rink to watch you play your first shift!

⚠️ Note: Full hockey gear is required to participate so everyone stays safe and comfortable while learning.
