About the House concerts:
- Our goal is to provide an intimate space where artists can connect with guests in a meaningful way.
- We do not host for profit, all monies collected go directly to artists to support their craft.

- Address will be provided upon payment
- These are bring your own beverage shows
- A light snack or dessert is encouraged for guests to share
- Arrival begins 1 hour prior to event time, please no arrival earlier unless stated
- We request the guests refrain from talking during the performance, unless the artist engages
- Restroom use should be limited to in between songs
- Shows will be indoors unless promoted as an outdoor event
- Events will be limited to 50 guests indoors, 100 outdoors
- Most shows are adult only unless advertised otherwise
- Payments are all non refundable and all proceeds go to the artists
- Cell Phones should be in silent mode during all performances
- Street parking available

Just a quick “Thank You” to the artists Andrew Poliakoff Claudia Hoyser Woody Woodworth and Paige King Johnson who brought their talents to Unleashed and Unplugged House Concerts in 2025. A special thanks to all the fans who attended and donated to support independent artists. Without you we could not continue. Kelley and I had a busy year so we had to scale back a bit on shows. Hopeful that 2026 can continue to allow us to host! Please spread the word with friends and family to help pack the house for shows! We love you all and hope everyone has a safe and wonderful Christmas and New Year. Stay tuned for future show announcements.
