Alyssa Walden: My name is Alyssa Walden. I am a Junior at WKU with a major in Elementary Education and a minor in American Sign Language. I danced at Ms. Adrienne’s for 15 years. I am so excited to be able to help at the studio still!
Madison Faulkner, RYT-200, began practicing yoga in 2020, when the world paused and her collegiate athletic career abruptly came to an end. As one chapter closed, she found herself drawn to the mat — a space that became more than movement. It became refuge, healing, and a path back to herself. Madison is an instructor at Asha Yoga in Cave City, offering classes rooted in breathwork, alignment, strength, and creativity. She guides students in releasing stagnant energy, gaining mental clarity, building confidence from within, and reconnecting to the wisdom and power that already live inside them. Madison also conducts Yoga for Athletes, offering personalized sessions for area teams, helping athletes take care of their bodies, build strength, prevent injury, and develop the mental focus and resilience they need not just in sports but in life, and Teen Yoga, sessions designed to help teens slow down, move energy, and reconnect with themselves in a supportive space.
Hanah Mills is a dedicated dancer and educator with 13 years of dance experience and five years of teaching. A ten-year competitive performer, she spent six seasons on the Barbourville High School dance team before advancing to the collegiate level. Hanah danced for two years with the Western Kentucky University dance team and is currently a member of the Eastern Kentucky University dance team.
A proud Governor’s School for the Arts alumni in dance, Hanah brings a blend of technical skill, performance polish, and leadership to every studio and stage. She is passionate about mentoring young dancers—fostering strong fundamentals, musicality, and teamwork—while helping them grow into confident performers and well-rounded people.
