Mary from Wheatgrass Arts & Gallery is offering art projects tomorrow during the grand opening!

🛹Tomorrow is the grand opening of Glasgow, MT Skatepark! 🛹

Staring at 1:30, we're taking part in the festivities and will have ceramic skateboards to paint for $10 or paint your own skateboard deck for $30 🖌️🎨

And how cute is this ornament Mary painted?? She'll have a few different designs available at the opening 😁

Siding 45 Skatepark will be THE place to be tomorrow, with live music, a food truck, raffles and more! Check out their page for more info and we hope to see you there!!

ENTER OUR HELMET GIVEAWAY!

At the Grand Opening we will give away 15 helmets and 3 sets of pads! Enter the giveaway using this form, or in person at the skatepark between 12:00-12:30 on Saturday, June 14.

Winners for all categories EXCEPT L/XL helmets will be announced at 12:30, right before kids' less.

Winners of L/XL helmets will be announced at 1:30, right before the adults' lesson.

For the next two weeks, our buddy Kendrik Wright is available most afternoons to teach one-on-one skateboard lessons.

Kendrik was at our open skate event way back in 2023 and has been teaching lessons in Malta for years. His rate is $5/day! (But maybe throw in a couple extra bucks for the gas?)

Wheatgrass Arts & Gallery is doing an art project at the grand opening! We'll have ceramic skateboards to paint for $5 and a limited number of full-sized skateboard decks to decorate for $30.

This TUESDAY evening, join us at The Elk’s for touring musician Bob Sumner.

He and his band are stopping by on a tour that started in Brooklyn, NYC and included multiple shows in Austin for SXSW. We are super lucky to have him and hope everyone shows up to support our effort to bring new music to Glasgow.

Siding 45’s mission is to promote self expression through recreation and the arts. Welcoming Bob to Glasgow is one of our first efforts to fulfill the second part of that mission.
