Pick your era, find your vibe, and bring it to the stage. Whether you’re channeling disco fever, 90s nostalgia, or something totally unexpected, we want to see your interpretation.

Who is in for Twerk Tuesday (Lucky Cheeks)?!
There's already a few people signed up, so grab your spot before it's full.

We voted for a "Dark Seduction" vibe for this round of twerk choreo! I'm excited to bring a slower, more sensual twerk pace this time around.
We'll be dancing to Rob Zombie's "Living Dead Girl." Think dark, sensual, dangerous, alt/goth.

🤩 Some Things to Think About 🤩

Classes such as Lucky Cheeks (twerk), Heat & Honey, Low & Lucky Floorography, and Foundations of Flow are a great way to expand your movement toolbox and to find new textures and pathways to supplement your choreo and freestyle skills.

You don't need to know how to twerk to come to twerk; that's why it is beginner-friendly! So, all levels are welcome. 😍Twerk, like floorwork, takes consistency to build muscle memory and skills. So, be kind to yourself!

In just the few weeks we've had Lucky Cheeks, I've already seen so much growth and confidence from everyone! Ya'll are absolutely crushing it and all of the cheering during class just warms my heart.
