Gilroy has a thriving local theater scene, and April will feature two great shows. Limelight Actors Theater’s spring musical “Nunsense” (April 1-23) is a hilarious show that won “Best Off-Broadway Musical” in its original New York production. Now updated with new jokes, arrangements and a brand-new song, this zany musical reunites some of the original South County cast. It’s guaranteed to have you laughing from start to finish.
The belly laughs will continue at Pintello Comedy Theater’s production of “Jerry Finnegan’s Sister” (April 15-May 7), which follows the lives of Brian and Beth from age 7 to the present. Audiences must wait and see if Brian can muster the courage to tell Beth how he feels about her before she gets married. Be sure to reserve your tickets now—these shows often sell out fast!

The Los Gatos Spring Wine Walk on April 30 is excited to announce that we will feature more than 40 wineries, 12 restaurants and many downtown merchants.
Visitors will stroll through the charming streets of Los Gatos, listen to great music, sip a little wine and sample some savory treats—all while browsing in our lovely shops. The local business owners really look forward to this wine walk, as it is a wonderful opportunity for them to mingle with residents and visitors from far and wide. Hosts keep the the revelers at a manageable, safe and fun number with just 850 tickets to sell, and this event sells out every spring.
All participants and budding sommeliers receive a wine goblet to use at each tasting, as well as many smiles to make for a perfect spring afternoon.

Orchard City Brings the Fresh Produce
As the weather warms, the crowds swell at Campbell’s open-air farmer’s market. Residents take advantage of the longer days and temperate clime to go out, whether for live music at dusk or a family art class by day.
Campbell’s farmers market—one of the most popular in the South Bay—takes place from 9am to 1pm every Sunday. But it’s more than just a place to buy fresh, locally grown food, it’s full of artisan vendors, live music and gourmet coffee, among other things.
