We're excited to share that our bungee fitness program has been growing rapidly -- thank you for the incredible support! With this enthusiasm from our community, we've made a few updates to our class structure and scheduling to better serve everyone.

For those who have already joined us, we kindly ask that you continue to register for our Beginner classes -- we love seeing your familiar faces and appreciate your continued commitment.

If you're new and interested in joining, an intro class is required BEFORE attending any begginer classes. Please note that Intro classes will be offered less frequently than before due to high demand and returning participants. We encourage you to watch for our monthly posts announcing upcoming intro class dates.

We are truly grateful for the overwhelming support from our community and look forward to continuing this exciting fitness journey together!

Tomorrow these amazing dancers head off on the adventure of a lifetime to compete internationally on Battle on the Seas. We are so proud of each and every one of them and hope they know that the long hours, extra practices and late nights will be well worth it.
