Lakes Region Fiber Artists and Crafters Our fiber arts group meets weekly at the Gilford Library. It’s a friendly and supportive group.

We work on any fiber related art/craft, such as rug Hooking, quilting, braiding, cross stitch, embroidery, and appliqué.

Hello, Lakes Region NH arts and crafters! We are a friendly group that meets every Wednesday morning at the Gilford library from 10 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. We started in 2010 as a traditional rug Hooking group, then expanded to include any kind of fiber art, including rug Hooking, braiding, cross stitch, punchneedle, dry felting, quilting, Embroidery, knitting and crochet, etc. We are expanding again to include other crafts such as paper crafting of all kinds from card making to junk journals to adult coloring, zentangle, and more. We welcome new members. It’s great to make new friends while doing handwork we enjoy.
