A Brave New Rogue // March 2027 // Tempe Center for the Arts

Rogue Dance Productions presents our next original stage adaptation of “Brave New World” by Aldous Huxley originally published in 1932.

A literary classic written during a time of great turmoil around the world. This dystopian futuristic novel resonates today with central themes of technology, political & societal change, and consumeristic culture.

As a non-profit our goal is to inspire a new generation of readers by bringing classic literature from the studio to the stage.

We will be sharing our creative journey here where you can come with us behind the scenes as we create a Brave New Rogue. If you would like to support literature & the performing arts as a non-profit we greatly appreciate the help bringing ideas to the stage in our community.

How can you be a part of Rogue’s story?

-Read, read, & read some more!
-Like, comment, repost, & share our socials! We don’t have fancy marketing budgets and do not use AI. All of our work is done in the art or dance studio throughout the season.
-Donations! If you have the ability to donate through monthly reoccurring giving for as little as $5 a month or a one time donation head to our website (link in bio) We are a registered 501-C3

Our deepest and most sincere thank you as we are continually humbled by the love & support in this community. It’s time to get back into the studio and get to work.

The Raven - Summary by Mia Grady 📜

On a cold midnight, the sad narrator hears a soft tapping at his chamber door. A raven is revealed, flies inside, and perches. The man asks the bird its name, and the raven replies, “Nevermore”.

The narrator starts asking deeper questions about grief, hope, and whether he will see Lenore, his lost love, in heaven. To every comforting thought, the raven repeats “Nevermore,” trapping the man’s soul under its shadow as he slips into permanent despair and madness.
