❤️ A Legacy That Continues to Inspire Generations

I feel incredibly proud and blessed to be the granddaughter of Chapu Rivas, a man who carried our family name with pride and whose legacy crossed borders, leaving his mark on international stages such as the XV Central American and Caribbean Games, Santiago 1986. 🌎🏆

I share part of his story today not only out of family pride, but to remind our youth that dreams are achieved through discipline, perseverance, sacrifice, and refusing to give up when obstacles arise.

That is the legacy we strive to continue through Florida Scorpions Wrestling and R&R Reset & Rewire: inspiring young people to believe, persevere, and one day leave their own mark on the world. 💛🖤

A legacy doesn’t end with us… it lives on through those we inspire.

This moment also confirms something very close to my heart and one of the reasons we created R&R Reset & Rewire. Over the years, Gianni received more than wrestling instruction—he also had mentorship, encouragement, and people who believed in him. Watching the young man he has become reminds me why social and emotional support is such an important part of working with our youth.

We can teach technique, strength, discipline, and competition, but when we also invest in their confidence, character, emotions, relationships, and sense of purpose, we are developing the whole person.

That is what I want for every child who comes through our doors—not only to become a better athlete, but to grow into someone who can one day lead, mentor, and pour into others. ❤️🦂

That is the heart behind R&R, and moments like this remind me why the work matters.
