The idea is to paint or decorate rocks and then hide them in different locations to brighten someone's day.
You can use paint, sharpies, decopauge, etc as long as you seal with a clear coat. "Hide or keep" can be written on the back, as well as "Gibson City Rocks" to let finders know the location and take part in the project.
