Our thanks to the soldiers from various armed forces who are taking a Defense Information Broadcast Course at Ft. Meade, Maryland. They heard about the closing of MacDuffers and came to record the end of an era in Gettysburg. We sincerely appreciate their thoughtfulness. And, they were lots of fun!

After 29 seasons, this is sure to be a very bittersweet day. Del, Nancie, and the staff plan to be around all day to share memories with visitors and returning staff. Cooking up some hot dogs and hamburgers starting around 12:30. So many wonderful memories written on the walls, doors and ceilings.

So many people stopping by to say hello and goodbye. So many memories. Tomorrow is going to be a tough day.
