Be mindful of your energy. Establish boundaries when necessary, and learn to say no without guilt. Emotional awareness is its own form of protection. You don’t need to be heavy-handed to be powerful. Quiet strength, compassion, and confidence are enough. Remember, you’re in charge of your own life. You are a leader, so don’t hesitate to step into the spotlight. You’re not meant to stand in the shadows. You’re meant to lead.

But keep one eye open on what might be lurking in the shadows! Your own or others.
