There was a notification that only the management of this company could see this post on their wall. I think it's public worthy, so here is my reply to this company's slam on a loyal patron that gave an honest review:
If you don't care about how your patrons are treated, then perhaps the 'excellent lattes' can be found elsewhere. No one spends hard earned money to be treated poorly, and the owner of the establishment not care or find it amusing and name latte's or create T-shirts after an honest, repetitive, patron's honest, helpful review. Sounds like your use to 5 star ratings only and got your feathers ruffled a bit with a 3 star rating which is not awful. Just average, and with constructive advice to make it better that should be appreciated, not scuffed at.
Hope the author of the honest review sees this and spreads the word to their friends that value being treated well as a patron, and seek "good vibe" elsewhere. In Gettysburg, there are many alternatives. Dear owners, enjoy your customers that enjoy rude servants and find the review humorous. Nicer folks may want to head over to Heartland Dinner and their second venue soon to open. Their meals are delicious, and their service is consistently excellent. Privately owned. Or an array of other excellent dining with good vibes.

This is about a fundamental flaw in how we teach faith to children. A flaw that starts destroying their belief when they're just 8 years old.
