Are you coming to Juneteenth? Don't miss this exciting opportunity with BlackRock artist Brandon Donahue-Shipp! Over Summer 2026, Brandon will be gathering objects from local Germantown-area residents to be vacuum-formed for a public art piece on our Outdoor Stage. The objects—personal, historic, and symbolic—will come together to form a portrait of the Germantown community.

On June 20, Brandon will demonstrate the vacuum form, and will be onsite in our Kay Gallery for his new community-driven exhibition, Come As You Are.
