Call for Artists
ArtWorks Foundation – the people who bring you WinterArts – are staging a special satellite show this year, and we are looking for a few good artists to feature there. All are welcome to submit work for consideration to be included in this special holiday artists’ market; we are interested in 3D media: glass, metal, wood, clay, fiber, & found object, as well as printmaking, paintings & photography. Our chief criterion is excellence.
The show will be called WAM@MAM. The staff of ArtWorks Foundation have been asked by the new Memphis Art Museum to stage this event in conjunction with the museum’s opening on December 6, 2026. This show will run daily, through December 19.
WAM@MAM will occupy a space across the street from the museum, at the corner of Front and Monroe, in the Cotton Growers Association building.
Applicants should submit 4 photos of recent work (in a single medium); if available, we would also appreciate a booth-shot (i.e., photo illustrating how you have previously displayed your work).
Applicants working in multiple mediums (e.g., ceramic & painting) should submit separate applications for any work they wish to be considered.
Applications may be submitted via Google Docs at: https://forms.gle/GTEshqXegzqZPkdW9
