Read this today. Really love it. Thought I’d pass along…

Let me be clear: there are things we go through that feel hard.
But what if we used deeper words to describe them — like “hurt” or “pain,” emotional or physical? Labeling everything as “hard” or “easy” keeps us stuck. It’s a habit worth examining, not to deny the reality of challenges, but to see them more clearly and respond differently.
Here’s the twist — so much of your experience of flow (or lack of it) comes down to your beliefs.
• If you believe something will be hard, you’ll find evidence to prove it.
• But if you believe something will flow, you’ll shape your experience to make that true.
• It’s not about pretending life is all unicorns and rainbows, but about recognizing how your perspective shapes what you experience.
We often box life into “easy” and “hard” and judge ourselves based on where we land each day. But what if that continuum didn’t exist? What if we didn’t label things and instead decided, “I’m in flow, period”? Imagine starting your day with that mindset: I’m in flow with whatever comes.
This isn’t about denying rough patches or forcing positivity. It’s about being fully present with life, trusting that you’re part of something bigger, and choosing to stay connected.
So, here’s an invitation: catch yourself when you label things as hard or easy and instead, shift to “I’m in flow.” See what that does to your day, your work, your relationships.
It might just change everything.
