I honestly don’t know if I should be thankful or mad right now. 😡

This is how UPS handled my customers package. This box was completely destroyed in transit. I put so much time, care, and work into these pieces, and it is incredibly upsetting to see them handled like they mean nothing.

And before anyone comments that I don’t wrap my items well — PLEASE don’t. I take a tremendous amount of time and care when packaging my pieces. This was approximately $250 worth of bisque, and I wrapped and packed these items as carefully as possible.

There were 5 trees in this package, and after seeing what UPS did to this box, I am honestly shocked that only ONE item was damaged.* That says everything about how well these pieces were packed.

If I had not taken the time to wrap everything the way I did, I’m certain this entire $250 shipment could have been ruined.

I know things can happen during shipping, but there is absolutely no excuse for treating packages this carelessly. These aren't just boxes — there is time, money, work, and someone's small business inside them.

I’m sharing the pictures because people need to see what these packages can look like after being handled by a carrier. 😔

I know how carefully I pack them, and this box is proof that the packaging did its job.

Shame on you UPS!

💜 Meet Waylon Reed — One of the Little Hands of Reeds Rockin Ceramics

At just 4 years old, Waylon is already making his mark at Reeds Rockin Ceramics! 💜 He may be one of the littlest members of the team, but he has some BIG plans for the future.

Waylon loves telling everyone that they should paint their piece purple, because, of course, purple is his favorite color! 💜 You can often find him hanging out in the pouring room, helping clean up dried-up slip from the floor, or getting completely covered in reclaim because playing in the reclaim is just too much fun!

He loves being involved in whatever Mommy is working on. Waylon enjoys sorting the colors of light pegs, putting stickers on shipment boxes, and painting his own ceramics. He is always looking for a way to help and loves being part of the action.

Waylon is also a huge animal lover and has a big heart for all the animals around him. 🐶❤️

And don't ask him who is going to run Reeds Rockin Ceramics someday—because he already knows the answer! 😂 Waylon proudly tells Mommy that he's going to run the business one day and has even made sure she knows that he plans to keep all of Mommy's favorite molds when she's no longer around. 🥹💜

At only 4 years old, Waylon already has his sights set on the future. From purple-painted ceramics to reclaim-covered adventures, he's growing up right alongside Reeds Rockin Ceramics.

Who knows? One day, Waylon might just be the one behind the counter running the show! 💜🏺

🏺 Meet Nolan Reed — One of the Little Hands of Reeds Rockin Ceramics

At just 4 years old, Nolan is already one of the little hands helping make Reeds Rockin Ceramics what it is today! ❤️

Nolan loves to lend a helping hand wherever he can. You’ll often find him carrying shipments out to the car and helping bring them into the post office. He admires everyone’s work and loves watching the entire ceramic process come together.

One of Nolan’s favorite things to do is get muddy playing in the reclaim—because what’s a ceramics shop without getting a little messy? 😆 He wants one of everything we pour painted just for himself and is always reminding Mommy, No more molds, Mommy!” 😂

He loves vacuuming, putting things on the shelves around the shop, and painting his own ceramics. He may only be 4, but he already has plenty of ideas and a love for being part of the business.

When Nolan isn’t busy working on his future business, you can find him practicing baseball, spending time with his family and dogs, or enjoying one of his favorite things—camping. ⚾🐶🏕️

Nolan may be one of the littlest members of Reeds Rockin Ceramics, but he sure does have a BIG personality and an even bigger love for ceramics! ❤️🏺

Who knows… maybe one day you’ll be buying ceramics poured by Nolan Reed himself! 😍

💖 Meet Keni-Joy Walters — The Perfectionist Behind the Scenes!

At Reeds Rockin Ceramics, every great team needs someone who makes sure the little details never go unnoticed, and that’s where Keni-Joy Walters comes in! 🎨✨

Keni-Joy is the one behind all the greenware cleaning, and when we say she takes her time, we mean it! She can spend hours cleaning each piece until it looks just right. She loves everything neat and organized, whether she’s cleaning greenware, straightening up the shop, or making sure the pouring room is in tip-top shape. If there’s a mess to fix, a problem to solve, or a new idea to share, Keni-Joy is always ready to jump in!

She’s also our very own mold-saving miracle worker! 😂 When a mold breaks, Keni-Joy does everything she can to fix it before we have to say goodbye to it. And those broken ceramic pieces that everyone else might overlook? She’s the one who sees their potential and turns them into painted display pieces for the shop. Around here, one person’s broken piece is Keni-Joy’s next project!

While Reeds Rockin Ceramics isn’t her full-time job just yet, we already know what the future holds. She has her full-time application approved and ready to go for retirement! We’re pretty sure she’s already hired herself for her next chapter, and we couldn’t be happier about it. ❤️

When she’s not busy keeping everything in order at the shop, Keni-Joy is a true homebody, an animal lover, and someone who always puts her family first. Her caring heart, creative ideas, hard work, and attention to detail make her such a special part of the Reeds Rockin Ceramics family.

We might be the ones making the mess, but Keni-Joy is the one making sure everything looks perfect! And trust us, we don't know what we'd do without her. ❤️

Meet Timothy Reed Co-Owner of Reeds Rockin Ceramics

Meet Tim — the man behind the mud, the heavy lifting, and a whole lot of hard work at Reeds Rockin Ceramics! 🎨💪

While ceramics may not be Tim’s full-time job, he plays a huge role in keeping things running behind the scenes. When he isn’t at work, you can often find him pouring molds, helping bring new ceramics to life, and doing the hands-on work that keeps the business going.

When Tim isn’t covered in ceramic slip, he enjoys smoking meats on the smoker and spending time with his boys, especially teaching them about their newest passion — baseball! ⚾ Family is a big part of Tim’s world, and he loves making memories with his boys.

Tim is also a huge Halloween fan, which makes Halloween molds his absolute favorite! 🎃👻 In fact, Sammy the Spook holds a special place in his heart because it was the very first mold Tim ever purchased for the business. What started with that first mold has become part of the story behind Reeds Rockin Ceramics.

Tim may not always be the face you see, but he’s definitely one of the hardworking hands behind the scenes. From pouring molds to handling the heavy lifting, his dedication helps make Reeds Rockin Ceramics what it is today.

So the next time you see one of our ceramics, remember there’s a good chance Tim had a hand in bringing it to life — probably with a little Halloween spirit mixed in! ❤️🎃
