Synopsis:

Viola, shipwrecked in Illyria, disguises herself as a

young man named Cesario and enters the service

of Duke Orsino, who is in love with the

Countess Olivia. Olivia, in turn, falls for Viola's

disguised self, while Viola secretly loves Orsino.

Meanwhile, Viola's twin brother, Sebastian,

also survives the shipwreck and arrives in Illyria,

leading to mistaken identities and romantic complications.

Tidelands Community Hospice is proud to be a Community Partner with the Swamp Fox Players for "Grace & Glorie", a heartfelt and often humorous story about a fiercely independent 90-year-old woman who chooses to spend her final days at home, and the hospice volunteer who cares for her.

As their time together unfolds, their unlikely relationship grows into one of understanding, resilience, and compassion. The play offers a powerful look at end-of-life care, human connection, and what matters most.

This production closely reflects our mission to provide compassionate, interdisciplinary care for patients and their families.

As the only nonprofit, locally based hospice serving Georgetown, Horry, and Williamsburg counties, we are honored to support a story that mirrors the care we provide in our community every day.
