The jungle is buzzin’… and our man cubs are ready to take the stage 🌿🐒

After weeks of rehearsals, songs, dances, and a little monkey business, our Junior Players are ready to show you what they’ve got at opening night of The Jungle Book KIDS!

Tonight, the bare necessities are simple: big smiles, loud cheers, and wishing these young performers a giant “break a leg” before they swing into the spotlight 🐻✨

📣 This Saturday & Sunday join us for open auditions for our Swamp Fox Junior Players - an education based theater program for grades 2nd-12th. 📣

Starting with Fall 2024, we have divided the group into Kids (2nd-5th grade) and Juniors (6th-12th grade).
The Kids group is an open enrollment program and will be performing Snow White as a pre-show for the Junior performance in November.

We will be meeting Sundays 1-3 starting Sept 8th and will be a 9 week program.No rehearsals the Oct 6th due to GCSD FALL BREAK.

Kids will have 1 week of Tech rehearsals Nov 11-14 ending with our performance dates Nov 15-17.
Tuition $200

Juniors will be auditioning to be in the program and they will be performing Into the Woods Junior.
They should come prepared with a 1 min monologue and we will be teaching 1 song “Into the Woods Junior”and a short movement combination on site. They can come prepared with a song to audition, but not required.

We will be meeting on Sundays from 2:30-5 and Thursday evenings 6-8 starting Sept 8th and will be a 9 week program. (The evening rehearsal is TBD)
No rehearsals the Oct 6th or 10th due to GCSD FALL BREAK.

Juniors will have 2 weeks of Tech starting November 4
ending in performance dates Nov 15-17.

📣Calling all young actors! Swamp Fox Players Jrs. are holding open auditions for our fall enrollment!

Join us on an enchanted journey as we prepare for our semester-ending performances of Into the Wood Jr.(Juniors: 6th-12th grade) and pre-show performances of Snow White (Kids: 2nd-5th grade)🎶🌲

Whether you’re a seasoned performer or stepping on stage for the first time, we want YOU to be part of the magic. 🌟 Auditions are open to all, so bring your talent and your passion!

📅 Dates: August 3, 10am-12pm; August 4, 2pm-4pm
📍 Location: Strand Theater, 710 Front Street • Georgetown, SC
👥 Ages: Juniors, 6th-12th grade; Kids 2nd-5th grade
