- As we enter our final weeks of the season, we reflect on the season we’ve had. This year was full of….
1. COMMUNITY- We faced a number of challenges over the season, but we came out better because every challenge strengthened our unity. The team became closer, and parents only grew in support.
2. OPPORTUNITY- This year IDT:
📸 Started the year off with a photoshoot
🍕 Performed at Little Caesar’s Grand Opening
🎃 Performed a Halloween Flashmob for residents
🎄Performed at the Georgetown Christmas Stroll
🎅 Performed at the Georgetown Country Club
📚 Performed at the Georgetown Public Library
✏️ Performed for Mountain Movers Preschool
🩼 Performed for a senior citizen group
🎂 Helped at studio birthday parties
🏆 Competed at Starbound
🏆 Competed at Groove
🧨 Performed at the EVHS Sparkler Spring Show
🏆 Competed at Elevation
🏆 Competed at 8National
🏆 Competed at Showstopper
🩰Will perform at the annual Spring Recital
3. FUN- Dancers had loads of fun between rehearsals, during dead time at competitions, and at extra performances. At the studio they pranked each-other, surprised each-other, and supported each-other every week.
4. SMILES & HUGS- 🥰 😃
5. HARD WORK- The season was full of hard work and lessons. At every step these girls were pushed to grow, and they surpassed expectations. Trophies are not the only testament to this work ethic- it goes beyond skill. These girls have learned to become better team players and pick one another up.
6. HAPPINESS- with every storm ⛈️ comes a 🌈
We can’t wait to see what 2026-2027 holds for us!
