DOA Policy:
In the rare event of a fish showing up dead on arrival DOA, send us photo's and or video of the DOA fish in the shipped bag within 1 hour of delivery. Live arrival guarantee is void if not within 1 hour of delivery. DOA Refund is applicable to packages that arrive on time…I will in most cases still cover a DOA if it’s a few hours la

te and arrives on the day it’s supposed to. DOA Policy covers total cost of the fish shipping not included. All Air cargo shipments must be picked up within 1 hour of arrival or Live arrival guarantee is void. You ordered the fish and need to be prepared to receive them. NO REFUNDS for delays, damage or lost package caused by Southwest cargo or FedEx as these things are out of our control. If DOA is caused by Bad weather (act of God), delay or damage a claim will have to be submitted by the customer with the transport company chosen for shipping. It is our responsibility to get the fish to you alive and healthy. It is your responsibility to make sure you are home at the time of delivery or have taken the necessary steps to be able to pick up your fish if Air Cargo is chosen. Once the bags are opened they are in your care and your responsibility. Only you know your water parameters and tanks mates so it is your responsibility to acclimate your fish in the appropriate manner. If a fish is alive and healthy upon arrival but then suddenly has a hard time acclimating the fish is in your care at this point and we will not refund for any fish that die in your care. NO EXCEPTIONS ON DOA POLICY.
