Friends,

We are running out of days to remind those of you who already know, and to inform the masses about our Plant Swap.

The plant swap will be taking place in the main area of the Harvest Moon Jubilee.

In addition to the number of plants, Our friends at Dropseed Native Plant Nursery and Roundstone Native Seed have graciously donated native seeds to the cause.

This event is completely free, but feel free to donate to the Scott County Humane Society - "For Pets' Sake" fund!

Also, bring the family and a chair!

I do have to shoutout Lunara which is the sourdough based brand of the Harvest Moon Jubilee Host!

Lunara will be there with all of their fresh baked sourdough based goods!

They’ve also started making beaded sun catchers, so please feel free to stop by and check out their work and snag a pack of cookies.

PS. The seasonal Pumpkin Cream Cheese will be making its 2026 debut at the Jubilee! Also, yes! That is sourdough based shelf stable pasta!

Make sure to bring a chair!

While the kids are off learning about bees, getting their face painted, or bouncing around with Magical Inflatables … we are sure to keep the parents entertained. The Rec Shuttle will be setup in the main area for loads of family fun!

Sarah Silver will be showing off her talent on the violin during 2 hours of the event!

The Kentucky Bluegrass Cloggers will be taking the stage for an entire hour of high-energy clogging rooted in Appalachian tradition!

Feel free to spend the rest of your time browsing our carefully curated vendor selection, stopping by the Plant Swap Tent to visit Ayla and learn which flowers belong in your flower bed and which ones might need to go, or grabbing a bite from one of our three food trucks, each serving up something completely different.

Stop by the Texas Roadhouse booth and see just how involved they are in our community, and keep an eye out for fun drinks and goodies throughout the Jubilee too!

Last but certainly not least, be sure to say hello to our friends from the Scott County Humane Society - "For Pets' Sake", or head over to the Georgetown Scott County Friends of the Parks area where you can climb inside a real dump truck!

Georgetown Scott County Friends of the Parks will be in attendance showing off 2 fairly sized pieces of equipment.

They will be providing an opportunity for your kids to explore, enjoy, and learn as much as they want to.

Don’t hold back, check out the dump truck yourself if you want to!
