Our last competition has come and gone for this season and the girls did great on stage! Our senior dancer, Hanna, had her first competition with Groove when she was little and now her last competition with Groove as a graduating senior. The weekend also included a prom-posal and seeing Candy Apples from Dance Moms!

It's our first competition of the season this weekend! Please join me in saying a big break a leg to our amazing girls on team as they take the stage!

Today is Christmas Show day! Doors will open at 11:30am with show beginning at 12:00pm. Admission is a new can good or non perishable item per person.

Dancers should wear black leotard with pink or tan tights. Christmas accessories (skirt, pants, earrings etc.) may be worn. Shoes for type of dance they are in should be worn. Hair is a high ponytail for everything, except bun for ballet (unless previously discussed a changed hair style).

Boosters will be having a 50/50 raffle and selling tickets for gift baskets.

It may be a good idea to bring a water bottle for your dancer but no outside food please.

We can't wait to see our dancers on stage!

Here's a fun dance clinic for our dancers to attend!

• Fall Dance Clinic •
Saturday, September 10th, 3:00 pm

Come join the Dancing Rockettes for our 2022 Fall Dance Clinic. Dancers will spend time practicing dance technique with the Rockettes as well as learn a dance to perform at the Toledo Football game against UMASS. The clinic will take place on Saturday, September 10th. Check in for the clinic will begin at 2:30 pm, and the clinic will begin at 3:00 pm. The clinic will run until 5:30, at which point we will meet up with the Rocket Marching Band for some pregame activities. Kick off time for this game is 7:00 pm, and our performance will take place during the game.

The $45 Registration Fee includes the clinic, T-shirt, ticket to the game, and a snack before the game starts. Discounted tickets will be available for the friends and family of clinic participants for $14.50. 
Registration deadline is August 26th.  Registration will be accepted through the day of the clinic, but tickets and T-shirt will not be guaranteed.
