Today, we also celebrate and acknowledge the first cohort from our community partner, The Marsha P. Johnson Institute . May their work, voices, and impact continue to grow as they carry forward a legacy of true resilience and liberation for our community.

We will continue to celebrate, thrive and throw bricks, may we never forget.🫶🏾🕊️

FLX Pride is proud to stand alongside our community as we celebrate Rochester Trans Pride on September 5, from 1:00 PM–7:00 PM at International Plaza, 828 N Clinton, Rochester, NY 14605

This festival is about more than a day of celebration. It’s about bringing our community together, honoring those who came before us, creating space for our youth, celebrating trans joy, and making sure transgender people of every age know that they belong.

We are especially grateful to welcome our community partners, Next Generation Men of Transition and the Marsha P. Johnson Institute, whose leadership and advocacy continue to help build stronger pathways for us and provide resources to ensure our visibility shines bright.

Both organizations are led by Rochester-born advocates who have been paving the way for our community, creating space and opening doors while reminding us what is possible when we invest in one another. Their work represents the kind of grassroots leadership that makes our community stronger.

Celebrate with us, connect with community organizations, support local vendors and artists, enjoy the entertainment, and help us make Rochester Trans Pride a space where everyone can show up exactly as they are.
