We're thrilled to congratulate Felicity Houston Thomas of the Department of Motor Vehicles, Rachel Merrick of the Department of Health and her children Charlie and Lucy as they take to the stage in the Geneseo Community Players’ summer musical, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang! Break a leg!
