What a beautiful micro wedding! 🤍

This beautiful day was captured in Traverse City, Michigan, and I absolutely love these two-hour wedding shoots. You can capture so much love, emotion, and connection in such a short amount of time—but what I love even more is witnessing the genuine love between two people.

I love how every wedding day brings something new to the table. Something new to learn, something new to experience, and another beautiful reminder that love truly is incredible. ✨

So grateful to have been there to capture these beautiful moments for these two. 🤍

We recently had the absolute honor of capturing a beautiful video of a couple who chose to celebrate their marriage surrounded by only their closest family, children and grandchildren. It was intimate, heartfelt, and incredibly precious. 🤍

Here are just a few moments to highlight their beautiful day, their love, and the sweet memories they created together.

There is something so special about celebrating love with the people who mean the most.

No matter how many times I visit, there is always something new to behold.

These are just a few photographs from the main drag, and I can’t imagine what spending an entire week on this island would do for my hear and my camera.

One of my goals is to find every hidden little place that brings beauty to the eye and peace to the heart. I hope I get the chance to do just that.

And honestly, I would love nothing more than to return in the winter and capture this island in an entirely different season. To photograph it through every season would be an absolute dream.

For now, here are just a few moments from the main street. 🤍

I can’t wait for fall, when I get to return to this beautiful island and capture it with a completely different feel—the colors, the quiet, the crispness in the air, and all the little details that make it so magical.

What a pleasure it has been to photograph so many beautiful families on Mackinac Island this summer! 🤍🏝️

In fact, after talking with several people while I’ve been there, I’m thinking about making a three-day photography weekend at the end of September and beginning of October! 🍂✨
