The Northern Michigan Warhounds are proud to welcome goaltender Garrett Boyonoski to the Pack!

The 6-foot-3 native of Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, brings extensive experience between the pipes, including five seasons at the NCAA Division III level with SUNY Morrisville and Albertus Magnus College. Before entering the college ranks, Garrett developed his game through several seasons of Junior A hockey in the NOJHL and OJHL.

His experience, size and veteran presence will be valuable additions to the Warhounds’ crease this season.

🐺 SPECIAL PARTNER HIGHLIGHT: LISA’S TAVERN

We truly appreciate and love every one of our sponsors. Each of them is a valued member of the Pack—but sometimes, a partner does something that goes so far above and beyond that it deserves special recognition.

While our owners were eating at Lisa’s Tavern last night, where they had a conversation with Lisa that reminded us exactly what it means to be part of the Pack.

After learning that some of our players and their wives and girlfriends have issues with gluten, Lisa took it upon herself to help. She ordered several different samples and worked tirelessly to create a delicious gluten-free pizza crust so that everyone in our Pack could still sit down together and enjoy a great pizza and great food!

She wasn’t asked to do it. She simply saw a need, cared enough to act, and made sure members of our Warhounds family felt included.

The Northern Michigan Warhounds have signed forward Brandon Co***lo!
The 21-year-old Ann Arbor native returns to Michigan after playing ACHA Division II hockey with the University of Washington. During the 2025–26 season, Co***lo recorded 5 goals and 12 assists for 17 points in 24 games.

The right-handed forward brings collegiate and Juniors experience and another offensive weapon to the Warhounds lineup.

The Pack is adding another experienced, hard-working forward!
The Northern Michigan Warhounds are proud to announce the signing of Ethan Novello from Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario! 🇨🇦

The right-shot forward joins the Warhounds after three seasons with Sault College. During the 2025–26 season, Novello recorded 5 goals and 10 assists for 15 points in 27 games. Over his last two collegiate seasons, he collected 33 points in 56 games.

Before advancing to the college level, Novello played 104 games with the Soo Thunderbirds of the NOJHL. Known for his work ethic, team-first attitude and strong two-way play, Ethan brings valuable experience, energy and depth to the Warhounds lineup.
