Some people become part of the foundation.
For more than a decade, Angie Sanders has been one of the foundations of Lady J Productions.
Since the company was established in 2013, Angie has faithfully worked alongside Joy "Lady J" Hill, helping build, support, and strengthen the vision that would become Lady J Productions.
Over the years, Angie has worn more hats than most people could ever imagine.
She serves as:

✨ Assistant Director
✨ Makeup Artist
✨ Set Design & Décor Team Director
✨ Costume Department
✨ Sound Department Team Member
✨ Rehearsal Leader & Production Support
Her journey with Lady J Productions began with an incredible act of selflessness.
Many years ago, Angie made the decision to step away from a role she had been cast in so she could help support the production behind the scenes.
What started as helping became serving.
What started as serving became leadership.
And what started as leadership became a lifelong commitment to the vision.
Over the years, Angie has helped with nearly every aspect of production imaginable.
She has helped design sets.
She has coordinated costumes.
She has assisted with sound.
She has led rehearsals.
She has helped prepare actors.
She has supported productions from the earliest planning stages to opening night.
But her contribution goes far beyond the stage.
Angie has traveled alongside Joy "Lady J" Hill to:

🏆 Children's activities and events

She has supported not only the business but also the person behind the business.
Throughout the years, Angie has helped care for children, supported family needs, encouraged dreams, and remained a constant source of strength during both victories and challenges.
While many know Angie as Joy's best friend, one of the most remarkable things about their relationship is her ability to separate friendship from business.
When it is time to work, she works.
When it is time to lead, she leads.
When it is time to serve, she serves.
Her professionalism, loyalty, and commitment to excellence have made her an invaluable part of Lady J Productions.
More importantly, Angie has been one of the people who never stopped believing in the vision.
She prayed over the productions.
She prayed over the cast.
She prayed over the company.
And she prayed over Joy.
There were moments when the journey became difficult.
Moments when exhaustion set in.
Moments when quitting felt easier.
Moments when the vision felt impossible.
Yet Angie remained.
She encouraged.
She uplifted.
She inspired.
She reminded everyone why the journey mattered.
As people came and went, Angie stayed.
As productions evolved, Angie stayed.
As challenges arose, Angie stayed.
As Lady J Productions continued to grow, Angie stayed.
That kind of loyalty cannot be taught.
That kind of commitment cannot be bought.
That kind of dedication is rare.
Today, Lady J Productions honors a woman who has given more than a decade of service, support, leadership, friendship, prayer, creativity, and love to this company.
She may not always be seen on stage.
But her impact can be found in every production. ❤️
