THIS 1972 RECORDING SHOULDN'T EXIST.

She died in 1972.

But somehow... her voice never left.

This is "Soul Singer," the opening theme from my original Southern Gothic horror series, Ghost-Writer.

I wanted this to feel like a forgotten soul recording that was never meant to be heard again—something beautiful, haunting, and just... wrong.
