The other portion of our building will someday house a very special drive up/take out fast food (health food) style restaurant where espresso and fresh smoothies will be sold to the locals and visitors. It will operated via profit-share structure and most of the food ingredients will be grown in the back or inside our greenhouse on location. I would like to thank all who are following this page. With the passing of the love of my life, Carmen Powls, Friday September 5th, 2025, and the several months leading up to this loss, my ability to focus on Verity Classical Academy had to stop. However, I am more determined than ever, as I look around me, and on the news, that getting this educational project completed has to become a priority in my life as I begin to write this new chapter.
