As the year ends, so too does our lease at Rand Bryan. We have enjoyed our time creating joyful weddings and events with amazing clients and vendors. We will remember all of our couples fondly from the very first to the very last! It is bittersweet as we think of all of the birthday parties our kids have celebrated here and other family occassions. I have cried on multiple occasions thinking of leaving and these memories. I really can't imagine how Martha said goodbye after a lifetime of memories, when I am having such a hard time after 3.5 years. Our kids have grown up here and learned the power of work here. However, we know the Town has big plans for the property as a future park that the entire community will be able to share in, which does include keeping the house as a nature center. We know that the house as a wedding and event property is no longer profitable and that the house will be better shared with all of you in this community minded way. Thank you all for your shared memories!

We are live!! Our website is back online with a new look! www.randbryanhouse.com Thank you to Penned by Kai for all of her hard work to make this beautiful site despite the problems caused by someone having stolen our previous website! Most of all I appreciate her patient soul and our lively conversations!

Nestled in the outskirts of Raleigh, the historic Rand-Bryan house features beautifully restored interiors and is surrounded by landscaped gardens and a 135-acre farm. An idyllic venue and backdrop for any wedding or event.

Who is ready to get married under our new ceremony pergola?! We decided that our side lawn needed a permanent structure to signify the ceremony space and give our clients a beautiful space to say their vows. What do yall think?

We hope y'all had an amazing Valentine's Day last week!! How did y'all celebrate? We had a chill night in with our kids and ordered Kanki to go. Good food and good company are all you need for a great time!

Did you know we have multiple ceremony locations at our venue? Including this secret garden vibe cutout in the woods! When you rent the property, you rent the 20 acres it sits on, so ceremony locations abound! This space is nice because it is away from the road and feels like you are out in the wilderness. If you come out to this space in the morning, you might even see a deer or two. Schedule a tour now to see this space and the rest of the property.
