If you have been wondering why I have been so quiet about my art it is because since September 29th I have been quietly working on the biggest commission I have done so far. This has become my day job while I've been out of work and I've put so much time, effort and love into this piece for such a wonderful family. He trusted me to create this painting compiled of some of the beautiful places that he and his wife have gone to. Bao Mai and Yen Nguyen, from the bottom of my heart thank you for this commission it came when I needed it most. I'm thrilled you love it. Here is the drawing that alone took 7 hours to complete and the finished acrylic 60" wide by 36" tall painting.

BIG NEWS!!! We just sent our paperwork to the IRS for us to legally be a 501c3! We've spent a year building this from the ground up. Becoming legal means we can apply for scholarships for kids, get funding, move forward with all our goals. I will be celebrating tonight. Thank you everyone who believes in this cause and helped make it happen!
