We hope everyone is having a fun summer and enjoing a nice tequila or margarita to keep cool. Please note, there are similar festivals going on that have replicated our event (with tacos)and even picked out the same time of year but we are not associated with any other events. The Texas Tequila & Margarita Festival is often imitated but never duplicated! Be safe this summer and don't get fooled by cheap knockoffs.

Thanks to everyone that made it out to the Texas Tequila & Margarita Festival this weekend. It was a blast! Saturday included a margarita competition which helped raise money for Lemonade Day Galveston. There were tons of delicious margaritas, here are the winners:

We wanted to let every know that is attending our Outdoor Festival on Saturday that it has been moved from the Oleander Bowl at Moody Gardens to The Plaza in front of the Moody Gardens Convention Center. There are no changes to vendors, bands or great time that you will have. Bring some lawn chairs and party with us all day!

Good morning. We will be on Fox 26 this morning talking about the Texas Tequila & Margarita Festival. Number 13 will be showcasing their margarita they will be making in the Grand Tasting and Herradura Tequila will pair one of their tequilas with Chef Martin of Lemond Caterings delicious bread pudding in a preview of what to expect in tonights Tour De Tequila. As part of the Margarita Grand Tasting presented by Casa Sauza on June 20th, visitors will be able to vote for their favorite margaritas to win the "People's Choice" award. Don't forget to bring some cash and look for these buckets at each of the participants booths. 100% of the money raised will go to Lemonade Day Galveston, a learning program to prepare youth for life through fun, proactive and experiential programs infused with life skills, character, education and entrepreneurial.

Tequila Herradura After Dark is the official after party for the Texas Tequila & Margarita Festival. Join us as we celebrate another great year with DJ Gracie Chavez of the Bombón DJ’s and Tequila Herradura. Let’s sip on delicious Herradura cocktails and dance the evening away. The event kicks off at 10pm in the Garden Cay Bar inside of the Moody Gardens on Saturday June 20th. This event is free and open to the public 21+.
