Presented by The Grand 1894 Opera House, this juried festival features work by 120+ artists from across the country. Enjoy visual art, live music, food, the Kids Zone and hands-on activities, all surrounded by the charm of Galveston’s cultural district. A must-attend for art lovers of all ages; join The Grand for a day filled with original art, creativity, and curated experiences.

Galveston festival season is upon us, which means we're gearing up for the 29th annual ARToberFEST!

We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help make the festival a success and hope that YOU will join us for the weekend! Volunteers may assist with festival setup and breakdown, artist support, guest welcome, the Kids Zone, information stations, and other festival activities. Whether you've been at ARToberFEST with us before or you're new on the scene: now's your time to get involved! The annual 2-day ARToberFEST attracts 8-10,000 visitors over the weekend and we want your help with food & drinks.
