Surfers Healing started with one dad, one son, and the ocean. There was no blueprint or big organization behind it. Just Izzy seeing what surfing did for Isaiah and knowing other families deserved to experience it too.

Almost 30 years later, we’re still grassroots, still completely free for our families, still in the water with the kids, and, most importantly, still doing it for the same reason we started in 1996.

Guests with autism spectrum disorder, sensory processing or cognitive challenges, as well as guests requiring assistance for disabilities are invited to explore the aquarium before we open to the public. To create a sensory friendly environment there will be a decreased noise level, limited visual stimulation and less crowding. General admission applies.
