Tim Curry was terrified of clowns. He even asked for mirrors to not be around while he was in makeup! But he embraced his role and the makeup, even between shots to ensure his costars were still uneasy/terrified. Further proof that you can do whatever you want and be good at it, no matter how scared you might be. RIP to an iconic actor and an iconic clown. 🎈
