Celebrating MFA Friends!
LETS GO! UCON! School of Fine Arts!
Brooks Brantly: His unwavering discipline is like a heartbeat. Through late-night rehearsals and quiet moments of introspection, he etches his passion into the very fabric of our shared journey together.
Philip AJ Smithey: Aj, with his eyes full of love, paints the stage and screen with hues of vulnerability. His performances are not mere acts; they are whispered confessions, shared secrets, and the tender embrace of vulnerability.
Kevin Coubal: Kevins laughter echoes across the rehearsal room, grounding us when the world spins too fast. He is the force that reminds us of our interconnectedness. His name is pronounced like the planet in Battlestar Galactica—a delightful cosmic coincidence…
Brian Patrick Williams (BPW’s): Compassion flows from Brian like a gentle stream. His kindness is a balm for weary souls, and his empathy bridges gaps we didn’t know existed. In a world that often forgets to be gentle, Brian stands as a beacon of warmth.
Ryan Guess: Fearless and fierce, Ryan dances on the edge of vulnerability. His courage is a wildfire that consumes doubt and hesitation. When he steps into the spotlight, we witness bravery personified—a reminder that art demands courage.
Christina and Gretchen who aren't on FB. Two stars in their own right. A constellation of brilliance guiding us through the labyrinth of characters and emotions. They both where a compass, pointing us toward truth and authenticity. They are the kind of stars we follow when the night is darkest.
We are not just friends; we are a family of artists, dreamers, and believers. Our shared experiences, the laughter and tears on and off the stage, forged an unbreakable connection. Good or bad, we carry a piece of each other into every spotlight, every line, and every curtain call. We are the MFA’s—Mutha Fu**in Actors.
…So say we all!
May this post bring back the fondest of memories and inspire us to keep creating, exploring, and supporting one another.
Love.
