Shelf ice forms. Miniature glaciers of translucent blue white and gray. Spring Creek full of nutrient-rich silt brings to life the salmon and the grayling. Hibernating Wetland Rush peeks out from the edges of the ice absorbing the blood of life. Water is everywhere.
