Hmmmm. Been talking about this a lot lately 😊

You have only one correct 5th Position today!

It’s the best properly aligned, rotated, and safe 5th that your body can create.

It will not look like everyone else’s 5th position!
Because your hips, legs, knees, and feet are structured differently than others.

It’s never safe to push your feet into a forced 5th while not maintaining alignment and support through your feet, ankles, arches, legs, and core.

You will only get better at doing it wrong and unsafely.

Nonetheless…

Until you arrive all the way into your own correct 5th position, you are missing the mark!

Get there EVERY SINGLE TIME!
