🌟 Understanding Sensory Overload 🌟

Sensory overload happens when a child’s senses — sight, sound, touch, taste, or smell — get more input than they can process. It can lead to stress, frustration, or meltdowns, but recognizing the triggers can make all the difference.

Common triggers include loud noises, bright lights, crowded spaces, certain textures, or strong smells. By creating a calm and supportive environment, we can help children feel safe, regulated, and confident. 💛

🎉 Tuesday Tip: Come visit us at the gym and create your very own obstacle course adventure!

Use tunnels, swings, balance beams, and mats to design a course that challenges and excites your child. Try fun themes like animal walks or superhero mode, race against the clock, and celebrate every win with high-fives!

It’s a fantastic way to build motor skills, sensory regulation, and social connection — while having a blast together.

We can’t wait to see your creativity in action! Share your obstacle course photos with us during your next visit. 💙 https://www.wrtsfranchise.com/locations/
